Team Sylveon recruiting for static raid position!

We are a well established MC static in <Death and Taxes>. We have been raiding strong since January 2014 downing A1S first week.

We have high expectations of our raiders and expect each person to arrive early and prepared ahead of time to tackle progression content. We demand high dps and consistent performance by everyone. We are not looking for the perfect raider but for someone who strives for perfection. Being able to take constructive criticism and take the necessary steps to improve is something we value.

Recruitment is now open. Due to RL conflicts our caster dps can no longer commit to our progression schedule so we are seeking a Black Mage or Summoner and a Warrior to begin immediately.

We have cleared A3S and beginning progression in A4S. We would prefer someone who has cleared A3S or seen enrage with high dps.

We are a free company static highly organized with forums where we keep constant communication for theory crafting during progression. By applying to our static you are also applying for a raid position in Death and Taxes.

We use TeamSpeak 3 for VOIP. A working headset and mic is mandatory of all raiders.

Warrior - Open
White Mage - Closed
Scholar - Closed
Melee - Closed
Melee DRG/NIN- CLOSED
Black Mage/Summoner - Open
Bard/Mechanist - Closed

Our progression schedule is:
Monday 8:00pm - 12 EST
Tuesday 8:00 pm - 12 EST
Wednesday 9:30pm - 12 EST
Thursday 8:00pm - 12 EST

We will try to schedule extra days if pushing for a kill.

During non-progression we continue twice weekly to clear content and run more casual raids together. Our goal is to continuously work on group cohesion and build lasting friendships even after we have everything on farm.
