Rank 10 chocobo bardings

I'm new to the game and I recently discovered that the job chocobo bardings are rewards for leveling your chocobo to rank 10 with all of your points in one tree. I've been putting my points so far into defender but I want the WHM barding from healer. I know that eventually I can get all three bardings anyway with enough grinding, but is it possible for me to get the WHM barding first at this point or am I SoL? I know you can buy reagan peppers at level 50 with allied seals or GC seals and that using them to reapply your points doesn't allow you get all of the bardings with a rank 10 chocobo but what if I reset my points before my chocobo is even rank 10? Would I still get the WHM barding first at rank 10 if I redistributed my points before he hits rank 10?

You can reset your points to put them in Healer tree, yes you will get the whm barding first.

You can still get the WHM barding at rank 10, as long as you don't get the Tank or DRG barding first. Whatever tree you max out first, you're stuck with that barding even if you respec, after that, only way to unlock the others is to use onions and grind cxp, till your chocobo has enough points to max out another tree.

My choco is lvl 11, with the dps tree maxed out. I already have the drg barding, but if I use a pepper to reset him, i can put all the points into tank role for ex..in this situation would i get the tank barding too?

No.
You're stuck until you can cap out an entire second tree.

You can't get other barding after you get 1st barding already at Rank 10 even you reset it. You will have enough point for get 2nd barding when you raise chocobo to Rank 16 and 3rd at Rank 20.

You are only able to get a 2nd and 3rd barding when you would "normally" be able to acquire them (without resets).

Therefore, as stated, they become available at ranks 16 and 20, respectively.
