I would like more dynamic content with unique gears and rewards rather then stagnant content where you study for a test and you know the test.

This. That alone would fix most of the issues I have with the game atm.

I feel like when doing the scripted fights that I am memorizing stuff the same way I do for my work (acting) and then I end up zoning out while doing the fights...very boring.
