Our free company is currently recruiting exceptional players in preparation of 3.0. We are a chill bunch of people who continuously strive at self improvement and has achieved server 1st in all FCOB turns (and almost all server 2nds). Our culture centers around members enjoying the time they spend on ffxiv, helping each other, and killing internet dragons quickly. We expect all of our raiders to be above average in their class with a quick grasp of mechanics. Although we may not have raid spots available there is plenty of content to run outside of statics and if one does open up, FC members get first consideration.

During this lull before expansion, we are mainly focused on building our teamwork through savage SCOB, enjoying other aspects of the game, and pushing our jobs beyond their limits by having DPS races, or tackling current content in unconventional ways. Our players are knowledgeable and able to think outside the box. We also enjoy theory crafting in order to maximize our potential.

We understand FFXIV is a game and that your real life takes priority. We would never force you to choose between the two.

So if you believe yourself to be a player of high caliber and want to join a close knit group of like-minded people, feel free to apply. Our few requirements involve having a good attitude, be proficient at your job, and willing to embrace constructive criticism. We are willing to help you clear content but do not expect free carries, please learn the fight first. Small tryout and short interview may follow.
