This semi-casual Free Company termed <Soul> is open for new recruits! For those who are interested in submitting their application, be aware that we have every intention of sticking our hands into every nook and cranny of Eorzea. Whether it be taking down the Extreme Primals, forming teams to brave the Coils of Bahamut, crafting our supplies and equipment, fighting other players, raising chocobos or even just adventuring. This does not mean you have to be a part of everything, but it will be open to you should you wish to pursue it! We like to have fun and even have a concept of a Social Council in the works which will schedule events ingame to have fun with and even record to put up on youtube/twitch!


Values
Our company is a tight-knit band which is currently small and full of like-minded individuals. We expect everyone to communicate, be honest, respectful, and have fun with the game. Now expecting everyone to communicate does not mean I'm expecting you to have extremely long and complex conversations in chat, but if our members say hey to you it is only polite to say hey back and maybe ask how things are. We pride ourselves on acting like a small community which is familiar with everyone and happy to help out. However, be sure to mind everyone's time as they may want to just have their own space and play on their own for a bit. Sometimes we can get swept up in helping people too much and need a small time out. We're always happy to chat, but when asking for help, do not expect it and then get upset if someone else is not up to the task. So respect everyone else and their time, and they will respect yours.

Communication & Honesty
One of the biggest things I expect as an FC leader from my company is communication. If the company is doing something you're not happy with or heading in a direction you think could be bad, please, speak up and let me know about it. I want everyone to take part in the growth of the company rather than just being a part of it. If you have ideas or if you think your going to have to stop playing for a few weeks to a couple months, I do appreciate a heads up just so I don't panic when your suddenly gone. As with everything that is communicated, please be honest. There is no reason to lie about anything and if you are having issues with something, bottling it up will only cause more problems. Be open and respectful and people will be happy to help out. However this being a video game, is not the place to be pouring out your life's problems. Most, if not all of us, are not therapists and are here to have fun. We won't shrug that kind of thing off, but its not what we come on here to find. Try to leave the dirty laundry at the door and just enjoy your time with us.

Respect & Having Fun
So as stated before, everyone has bought, subscribed, and logs into this game to have fun. Respect everyone else's time as they may not be able to help out or are too tired to. Feel free to ask things but do not be disappointed if people say no. Just try again tomorrow and keep enjoying the game itself. We are fine hanging out with people from outside the FC so no need to exclude yourself from everyone else just to fit in. We are also open to people from all walks of life so do respect that not everyone has the same points of view or beliefs as you may have and could actually find some topics offensive. I like to consider us a PG FC as there are some younger kids that play with us, so please refrain from the 18+ chatter in the FC chat. It's fine to have in your own personal spaces via tell's or in certain channels in our mumble but respect other's views, beliefs, and ages please!

Currently, we are building our Airship, with various FC members participating, everyone enjoying the different aspects of the expac, and many new players have joined the FC.I personally, am thoroughly enjoying the ease with which we are operating, the functionality of play interaction, and the fun we are having while we progress the new content.

We have just recently undergone some reform, to focus on the social aspects of the game rather than the usual demands of the game. Yes, its nice to get that gear, those weapons, and clears, but what are they really worth without the fun with other people, from all over the world.

I highly recommend this FC, not because we think we are the best, but because we believe we are one of the best when it comes to being interactive, and helping each other get it done, whatever it may be while having fun.

Interactivity? We're doing it, across the board, in all aspects.

Oh and I forgot to mention, this is just one example of how we practically contribute to the game, helping others to help others, with more assistance on its way as we obtain updated info by progression through the new job/class content.

This one is for those Pally tanks out there, up to 3.0 at this stage, and please, feel free to refer your pally tank friends to it if they need a little help. We would much rather people use this info, than use valuable time ingame teaching new random tanks how to get and hold aggro, which we have done many times over.

This - is a time saver for all of us XD
