I have recently cleared T13 with my SCH, so may be able to provide some help.

Adlo before the flatten hits (ideally needs to be up about 1/2 a second before the cast bar finishes), then Physick each flare breath. Once you and then WHM get used to the timings you can just Adlo before Flatten, then go back to DPSing and the WHM can heal the flare breaths on his own.

    Quick notes:

    - As players have noted in similar threads, Gigaflare casts calculate their damage at the beginning of the cast bar rather than near the end. What this means is that, unless you have pre-shielded and pre-Virused, Gigaflare will not be mitigated by those skills. E.g. If you want to mitigate the Gigaflare that occurs around 51.5% and Bahamut is at 52% while preparing a Flatten, you need to throw everything up before Flatten is finished casting, because he'll go right into Gigaflare.

    - Get your WHM comfortable with taking on the bulk of the healing load during the P3 add phase so that you can contribute more DPS. The events of that phase are on a timer and will proceed regardless of whether or not you've cleared the field, so more DPS = safer transitions.

    - A general note here, but ensure that your party members DO NOT PANIC during Megaflares, especially during Divebombs. They need to stake out a safe spot away from other players, wait for Megaflare markers and AoE telegraphs to go up, and then move accordingly. They shouldn't keep running around or automatically making for the middle when they have no marker.

    - In P4, mostly be concerned about healing and shielding until you are comfortable with the new damage spikes. The MT can take ridiculous damage with little-to-no telegraph, so pre-shielding and having stacks available to weave Lustrate or pop a Soil can be important. You will find time to DPS safely when you have the pattern memorized again, but otherwise I would err on the side of slopping shields around to provide cushion and mitigate party member mistakes.

As usual, Cynfael speaks much sense

The DO NOT PANIC advice is probably the best advice you will ever get about T13. It is quite hard not to panic when you are starting out with T13 though, haha.

When my static were comfortable with mechanics, I was DPSing for all of P1, 2 and 3 except for Megaflare preparation, Flatten preparation and non-melee earthshakers. I healed more in P4 due to the sheer number of mechanics that occurred at the same time and the damage the tanks take, but as soon as the 4th Ahk Morn appears I switch back to full DPS for the rest of the fight.

The other thing I would say is to pick a strategy and places to stand/stack for each phase and stick with it.

    I've done T13 quite a few times now ^^

    As a SCH
P1 you will DPS most of it if the WHM can handle the majority of this phase.
-Pick a side to heal for earthshakers,
    -Adlo for flattens,
    -Succor for megaflares

    P1-P2 transition
    -Virus as mr ^ said
    -Succor and bubble

    P2
    - Some grps like to split healers between MT and OT at this point so if so heal your target
-Around the time the add dies, bahamut should be doing a few more auto attacks and then you will have flatten -flare so just adlo once you get used to the timing.
-Keep an eye on targets for orbs casts can safely take 2 orbs, 3 = death for non tanks, melees with 2 need an adlo/stoneskin usually to be safe
Treat this megaflare the same as before
-Keep an eye out for towers and hp bars around this time,
-Throw up DOTs when you feel comfortable with this phase.
-Gigaflare at end of this phase Virus, Succor, Bubble

    P3 DBs
-Handle positions as discussed with party
-Megaflare with DBs that hit after twin dives so succor helps again. Cast when red marker appears and get ready to run after.
-WHM should be able to heal this phase alone keep an eye on the target of the pain as it can hit hard at times but you can usually safely DPS this phase.
Succor for Sins evil eye, and again for megaflare dives
    DBs
Again DPS if WHM is comfortable, watch out for death sentence. When you bane the gusts, give the tank a second to grab aggro otherwise you pull them and potentially have twin plummet the party.
When the pain does his tail whip get ready to stack succor for megaflare.

    Succor and bubble for terra

Tanks should share damage without mega buffs for 1st akhmorn so either split tanks between healers. I usually solo heal this party if WHM so discuss with your WHM

It is generally rinse and repeat of previous phases now,

The only difference I would say is to pay attention to tethers on earthshakers, gigaflare will happen again after a full rotation of mega, earthshakers, akhmorns cant remember exact order; at work atm.

Because there is quite a bit of time between AOE damage to the party, medica 2 and fairy heals usually take care of it so you can focus on big hits for tanks and dpsing.

    Good luck

Double check your pld cooldown rotation, first of all. The flare breaths should not be an issue to heal through. Inconsistent or poor cooldown use by your pld sounds like the culprit if both of you together can't keep him up. If your whm will stoneskin each flatten, in addition to your adlo, it helps a lot.
