Doing expert roulette once a day will cap you before the end of the week also, if you don't have a lot of time.

If you want to cap quickly without coil, try mixing expert dungeons with Frontlines PvP. Frontlines queues are inconsistent but if you hit a fast queue streak, it's a decent fun way to get poetics IMO.
