Certain Actions are Bugged

I have problem with certain action with some classes (Paladin- Warrior- Bard- Dragoon)
it started about 2 month ago with Paladin using Action and See its animation but its not activated.i thought its general bug and will be fixed with coming hotfix and stopped playing Paladin and Warrior for awhile but it didnt get fixed so i tried to get help via in game Support but they couldnt help, and told me to get support Via E-mail so i did but they told me to post my problem here, now that i am leveling a dragoon and it is happening i must get help.

Here are the List of Actions that bugged ( when i use any of them i can see the animation but the action is not activated)

Paladin
1-Rampart
2-Fight or Flight
3-Convalescence
4-Sentinel
5-Bulwark
6-Circle of Scorn

Warrior
1-Berserk
2-Thrill of Battle
3-Vengeance
4-Unchained

Bard
1-Raging Strikes
2-Bloodletter
3-Hawk's Eye

Dragoon
1-Blood for Blood
2-Jump
3-Elusive Jump

Note: it happens more often with Paladin like 40% of the time. which in dungeons lead to wipes

You're not the only one. All of them are CDs.

What happens is that when using a GCD and quickly tapping a CD skill, the animation will play slightly then get cancelled. That's because of the nature of the game's lag, how it ques moves based on animation lockdowns and the fact that theres constant packet loss when sending data.

Surprisingly you haven't mentioned the most obvious one which are Ninjas with their mudras. Those who suffer of the above pay it with less dps and mudra fuckups, which is the worst of the worst.

sry i dont play Ninja as much so i didnt mention it, i play for 18 month now never had this problem and as i mention it happens with paladin a lot like 40% of the times which prevent me to make big pull in dungeon and sometimes death at boss due not using defencive cd for a spike attack, i stopped playing paladin though i was working on Relic

It can happen with enkindle too. The CD is used but the attack does not go off. Got to wait 5 mins before you can use it again. *flips table*
