Bismark was Vanu Vanu who lead the tribe to Sea of Clouds.
Most of those sound fine, but in Amalj'aa lore, Ifrit is actually the Spirit of Death. Their warriors went to a pit in Zahar'ak when they were ready to die and would burn themselves do death. A cult formed and started worshiping the flames and the Spirit of Death and that's how the Primal Ifrit was formed. In that particular case it's probably simply religion.

As for Bismarck, I believe the Extreme mode quest for him enlightens on his possible origins. The chieftain of the Vanu Vanu mentions a monster that consumed the bodies of fallen warriors. They "decry" him as a monster, which is much the same way they feel about Bismarck, as he is a deity of destruction in Vanu Vanu culture.

Since we have seen that the Iaxl were created by the Allagans, I'd like to know more about Graudas origins. She has wings, so the folklore would seem to have originated around the Azys Lla days.

Which makes me wonder about the age of other primals. We know roughly shiva and mogs timelines, being some of the "younger" primals and even bahamuts. What of the rest?

I'd like to know if Garuda (or the other primals) is a recent development in the collective lore of the beast tribes. The Ixali were fairly intelligent birds for a long time, but did they immediately start worshiping Garuda after they left, or did it take time before they came to that point?

It would be interesting to see if we run up against any of the originals during the course of the game. (Odin aside, he is the real deal isnt he? And his fate form is much tougher than any of the other primals.). I wouldnt expect too much from the real garuda or shiva, but what about the real Levi?

I have a theory, bare with me as I explain my reasoning.

One of the concerns about the Warrior of Light that was brought up in the HW MSQ is that we are becoming too powerful, that we are well known across Eorzea as powerful heroes that defeat impossible odds. That has saved the world numerous times. We are heroes to everyone that comes and saves the day.

So, you have this hero running around saving the day. But we can't be every at once so what happens when a Hero is needed and we aren't there, or as we are (supposably) mortal. When we are no longer there and a situation arises that a Hero of the WoLs caliber is needed? Throw in enough Aether and you have the potential of a primal.

What if that is what happened with the Zodiac Braves? Heros elevated to "God hood".

Is there a timeline of when the 12 first appeared and worshipped? And one when the Zodiac Braves where doing there thing? If so, if it coincides or the 12 appear not long after it could add credence, if the 12 first appeared before then it debunks that theory XD

I think "historic" garuda was actually an Allagan considering that Primal garuda looks closer to humanlike races than Ixali
I think she was either an Ixali sympathizer who wanted to liberate them or a cruel scientist
    or maybe both?
