Riderless ADS Mount?

So I was walking around Mor Dhona the other night and noticed an ADS mount roaming around the city...but with no rider on top of it. I thought, ok, maybe this person's character hasn't spawned properly or something. I waited and watched but no character ever spawned and the mount kept moving around. I even went as far as trying to target the mount or maybe the "invisible" pilot, but to no avail. I was just curious if anyone else had seen anything similar? Did they change the mount so the character is INSIDE it or something? I truly regret not taking screen shots!

Just curious what others had to say.
