    It isn't that SoF pre-nerf is a monumental achievement or anything of that sort. It always was a fairly simple trial to finsh MSQ. However for me, SoF pre-nerf offered a certain.... je ne sais quoi- uhh ambiance? impact? I can't really find the words to explain at the moment but... I felt as if pre-nerf it really showed just why Ishgard was having so much trouble with the Dravinians.
    The current SoF doesn't really have the same feeling, at least it doesn't to me that is.
    Nevertheless, I am glad that players can get through SoF and finish up the MSQ in a reasonable amount of time.

    No worries. I apologize if it came off as a personal attack. Its just something I've noticed in all the anti-nerf threads that have mentioned SoF.

Essentially, these aren't different modes of a dungeon or trial; they're separate dungeons / trials that just share some common art assets.

    It remains to be seen how the Normal and Hard modes of Alexander will fit into this, whether they'll be two unrelated raids or one with multiple difficulty options. I'm hoping for the later, but it would be a divergence from what SE has done so far.

    Not sure what world you live in...but people are not going to do something like that that offers no reward at all, because guess what? No one is going to waste their time for something that is not beneficial to their time.

    Don't worry. I understand what is going on, am still in this conversation, and am not describing myself.
    AND I had got your point that "content should stay the same". It's exactly what I am arguing against. In a MMO game, content should change in time.
