Why does anything need converting/changing? Just keep everything as they are, so if people want to get gear for cosmetic purposes, the methods are there to do so.

All that would need to change would be daily rewards for our current tomes to scale to the current relevant tomes upon hitting level 60. That's all that needs to change.
