Plans for a Cutscene re-viewer?

They're thinking of a way to implement it? -- Hold on, I've posted this idea in like three threads about goblin footprints so far. Let's hope someone actually sees it this time >.>

Implementation Idea
Use a piece of the lore we already have: The Echo.

Add an NPC to each city that's a 'master' of the ability to use the Echo - and they could 'assist' us in revisiting our past experiences.

Once engaged with an Echo NPC, an interface menu much like the Journal would pop up, allowing us to choose which Class we would like to revisit events from (Main storyline included).

From this menu, we would be able to select anything we've done so far - including being teleported into the instances regardless of their location. These anchors are extremely important, in my opinion, as they would allow players to relive an entire storyline without leaving the cities - which I consider to be paramount because the only downfall of the goblin footprint was having to solo my way to difficult locations (Like the promy spires) just to see my hard-earned progress again.

So... is there anything difficult about that implementation? Adding an NPC that lets you manually trigger the same cutscene and instance flags that first reaching the quest did in the first place? Sounds easy enough - just need to name, list, and connect the flags.

i was just saying like 3 days ago i wish i could see them all gain cause i kinda forget some of the details. also i would like to take the cs's and do all the voices myself and put it on youtube for your viewing pleasure.
