I had a pair of these a long while back but discarded them after glamouring my ironwork earrings. They can't be purchased from the Calamity Salvager and I'd really like to get another pair.

I'm not saying it was ascians... but it was ascians.

I agree, what's the point in having the mogstation and not putting the stuff we love on it, which we cannot obtain again. Even just adding these to the Calamity Salvager will help.

If I remember right, the Bomb Earrings have been available twice in the game. Once around when the game came out, and another time about a year later. I have a feeling these will be obtainable again in the major towns at roughly the same time later this year (It was the same time as the cactuar earrings)

I can't wait till October xD

Yeah - specifically they're earned as rewards for attendees at the Tokyo Game Show completing battle challenges. If I remember right, the Bomb Earrings have been available twice in the game. Odd that people are asking that they be added as a paid micro-transaction on the Mogstation before suggesting making them re-obtainable in game. Since when would people rather spend more money when they previously obtained it for free?
The only reason they aren't on the calamity salvager is because they aren't tied to a quest. The salvager lists items for sale based on your character's flags for quest completions. Since the earrings were just bought from a vendor no such flag exists for them. They can be stored in the armoire though if I recall.
As Bacent points out though they should be available again with the new set of earrings when the event repeats this year. I'd certainly much rather that than have more stuff added to the Mogstation...
why stop there why not put the lightning strikes event stuff on mogstation.. personally i hate the idea of a cash shop feels like a slippery slide into more content being sold for real money..hell lets sell gil on there next!!
I've done nearly all the events and gotten a lot of the vanity blah blah stuff for free don't see why they should now make ppl pay real money for it!!
BUT iam surprised they haven't stuck the lightning strikes event stuff on mogstation yet!!

Wait, you mean you can't purchase them in game for 1 Gil anymore? I'll have to see if those Itinerant moogles selling them are really gone...

^ They've been gone for months. It was only ever supposed to be there for a limited time of like a month or so, but the event happens annually so they should be back later this year.
I agree with Alberel, it's odd that people are requesting this to be added to the mogstation rather than in-game. You weren't even required to put any effort into obtaining them in-game. If I remember correctly... someone won an event in Tokyo and drew a server name from a pot, and that server was given an itinerant moogle selling all the earrings for 1 gil apiece. Every server got drawn, everyone got access to the moogle and it happens on a yearly basis. Why should it need to go in the cash shop?
Though if they choose to change the event up or retire some of the prizes then I can see them being added to the shop around the time of the next event the same way they do seasonal items. Still would be a bit of a wait though.

These earrings make an annual appearance in the game for 1 gil each. There's no need for them to be on the mogstation.
