    Well there was a PSN maintenance earlier tonight... which is still going on at the moment...

    Maybe that's why you were getting that message?


    I think if you set your PS4 as a "primary console" you can bypass this license bullshit once or twice before you need PSN again to "refresh" this license stuff.
