Thread: LF Exceptional Tank and Ninja for hard-core Heavensward raid team.

Hello Adventurers,

SOLDIER is looking for an exceptional Tank and Ninja for our hard-core Heavensward raid team. There is no FC commitment required to join this group. That being said, we are looking for individuals who:

• Has Access to Teamspeak3.
• Able to raid Monday - Thursday(possibly Friday) from 5/6pm - 12am EST.
• Experienced and capable of performing top tier in his/her class.
• Capable of keeping a calm, cool, and collected head in a very aggressive and fast paced environment.
• Able to adapt to unknown situations.
• Willing to accept one's own mistakes.
• Willing to strive for the betterment of one's self and the group.

While we prefer people who have cleared all of FCOB, we are more than open to new and promising potential. Should any self improvement be necessary, it should be done outside of raid hours. (i.e. Practicing Skill Rotations on striking dummies). We are looking for dedicated and loyal individuals who want to strive to be their very best (not those who think they are the best)! Any misconduct within and aimed towards others from our members will not be tolerated. Individuals must be open minded and understand the SOLDIER way is to embrace your dreams, and protect your honor as SOLDIER (If you are interested in joining the FC)! We are looking for individuals who not only wish to raid together, but want to form a bond as a successful group of friends to overcome the unknown challenges Heavensward has to offer.

In reply to Nazera, unfortunately we need players who are capable of dedicating a minimum amount of hours to the raid schedule. 3 days a week unfortunately does not meet the cut, since we are striving for top clears. People may argue that if the individuals are skilled, then 3 days for x-amnt of time is plenty, however we are merely one group of many that are pushing for firsts. We are one group out of many who push for 5-7 days 12 hrs+/day. With this in mind, it is necessary that we stick to a relatively heavy schedule for raiding.
