The Slithering Mambas <<Mamba>> Revival/Recruitment Thread

Hello! <<Mamba>> was a Midcore FC of rather close friends that enjoyed playing, but due to RL events, most players have taken a break till HW, This thread is being started because I would like to turn this FC into a thriving community where players of all walks of eorzean life can come together, whether it be for crafting, gathering, endgame raiding or just leveling that first class to that sweeeet 50th ding.

Some details of the actual FC

• Were a rank 8 FC with a large house and all the goodies that you would expect from it
• Even though our numbers are quite limited at the moment, you can expect to be treated with the respect and receive help that any person would deserve
• We are very supportive of endgame raiding (more on that later)
• We do provide a Free chat service called Dolby axon if you prefer voice chat, but of course its not mandatory, if enough people join and use the chat service we may consider upgrading the available chat

now for whats on mostly everybodys mind....raiding!
Endgame raiding is obviously serious business and not just in the fact that hardest bosses and shiny weps and all that jazz, but that its a time investment not just for you but for seven other people, in short, its a commitment.
I or any of the other officers dont have to be part of your raid group (why would you want us were ass) and ultimately my goal is for your raid group to be self-reliant (you can still mooch our FC buffs of course) with little to no interference from moi and company but there are some things that are required from you as a raid member within <<Mamba>>

• Always be on time, and if for some reason you'll be late or wont show up, be able to warn your group or officers in advance
• Everyones opinion matters, in every group there are outspoken people and then the more quiet people, regardless everyone should have a voice of equal worth within a group
• Understand that not everyone is as pro as you, some people need a bit more time to learn (within reason) and please be patient for them
• take criticism with grace, you never know what someones thoughts on what your doing right/wrong could affect your view on the encounter
• Be flexible, learn to OT and MT, know when to not be in cleric stance stuff like that

these are things that are expected of you, but as you form your group, the group dynamics start to set in and before you know it, you will all be buddy buddy and stuff.
