If the tank is dying then thats fine. I can understand that. But if everything is comfortable and you have plenty of mana, why not? A slow slows down the whole party because less dps = slower clears. The same can be said for paralysis. The stun can proc right inside of an AOE and kill the person making the team lose even more DPS and making you waste more mana because you were stingy about who to help.

I've been playing as a healer lately and I remove every debuff I can. So whats the deal?
