I know how annoying most debuffs are for all Jobs and how hard it can impact dps, so even if I'm constantly dpsing as Healer I still esuna every debuff I see, insta cast and cost pretty much nothing. Going as SCH in instances lower than 40 is awful though, just staring at those debuffs and you know the person expects a leeche ... _´□`」 ∠):_

Obviously there is an importance order when it comes to everything about healing, but if a lvl50 doesn't know that then they have a problem. There are some debuff that don't need removal in some situation but that's all about learning the instance and mobs abilities.
I give my best when I play even if I'm not the greatest player, I'm expecting the others to do the same, but of course it rarely ever happens.
