    Honestly, as someone who even when overgeared, sees a debuff and then does use Leeches only to see this common debuff not be able to be removed, it is sort of... jarring. This is something that I've noticed more often in the raiding part of the game and especially in the Final Coil, but a different icon or anything to point out that this debuff can't be removed would be lovely instead of me casting Leeches and seeing the Paralyze or Heavy still be there!

    I'll try to esuna stuff I consider critical for each role in the party... but only if I don't need to heal/precast/mitigate something else.


    Paralysis off of any casters and melee(have been told by a few friends that it impacts them badly).
    Silence - usually a short interrupt only, if longer usually it's raid wide and can't do anything anyway.
    Heavy - if it's a movement heavy fight you'll get it as soon as I can get to you pending everything else.
    Blind - if you can cross from archer pop hawk's eye(all shots hit) and don't expect me to do much else about it, tanks and then melee will get it esunad in that order.
    Bleed - usually I'll esuna asap as top priority, then see about healing or not
    Poison - depending on strength - a regen or medica II can keep you up through most
    War Pacification - if you annoy me with a macro the answer is no, I'm already healing you(in which case I'll see the timer and can get it off you at the 5s mark if I can time it, else won't bother) or your buddy(in which case chances are he's doing some tanking duty that requires me to pay attention to him more than to you).

    Any weaknesses that can be removed I will remove as I can, the misery from lost city(not esunable but requires a /comfort and can be from anyone), various diseases, heal top ups(pharos, wphm) and such.

    But as anything there are exceptions to all of the above depending on the fight, party, and of course - derpiness.

    Ambitious WARs gear to put out some more DPS, maybe get another skill into the berserk uptime. These guys are hungry to get your despell.

    I prefer a tank that has such a macro (ok, not excessive with sounds every second, but still), telling me like 3 secs in advance when berserk turns to pacify, so i can time my esuna/leeches for pacify perfectly.
    Seen it happen more than once that berserk turned to pacify just when adds spawned and the WAR would just be standing there crying if I hadn't despelled him swiftly.

    Can you really be so annoyed by a sound macro to be a dick and play bad on purpose?
