We assume, that players that are wholeheartedly looking for an FC or raidgroup are also ready to give something in return.
When scrolling down you will notice that the following text is a bit longer and made up of several parts.
Every information about us that we can and want to share with you is in that text.
If you are not ready to read that text it's up to you to not do that, go elsewhere and do whatever you desire.

We finaly made it trough T13 after 2,5 months in coils.

Hello FFXIV community!
We are looking for players that are ready for raiding on the server Shiva.
We founded ourselves on the 14th of January 2015, leaving our former guild in the act. On the 1st of March we switched onto this server and our plan is
to see as much of the content as we can before the next big Addon.
Many of us have a history in MMO gaming but there's also some who's first MMO is this one.
We want to go 3 evenings per week for 3 hours each to clear the content of FCOB.
To ensure we can always go raiding on these 3 evenings (which are wednesday, friday and saturday) we want to have a rotation made up of 11-12 players.
Each of those active raiding players will get 2 days of raiding mininum to ensure they can actively participate.

About us:
- In our guild we care for each other, it's more like a family than just a group of convenience (most of us address people by their real name, for example.)
- The word "we" is most important to us. We are a team, we take great care to ensure to support each other and our feeling of what "we" means to us.
- When not raiding we can be quite crazy: Silly banter, having fun even if just talking nonsense.
- When raiding tho we are the opposite: We are disciplined, on time, speak only if something important concerning the raid has to be said, coordinated (we use what's app for out-of-game communication) and we are always working on finding out what went wrong anf improve.
- We work on our MAIN CLASS and strive towards maximizing that class.
- Daily quests, weeklies, primals, … are also done together in our FC. But speak if you need something, we're not mindreaders ofc.
- Most of us use the TS server daily, some as soon as they start the game.
- The FC is build on coordination, leaders are always willing to listen if there's any problems and try to help solve them.
We discuss problems to the point, objective.
And our age varies between 20 and 30.

If INACTIVE for a while…
Real life is always more important than a game. If something keeps you from playing tell a member with a leading position.

For the distant future we plan to have a membercap of 35 players max, we don't want to be a mass guild, but also not such a small one that all activity stops if 2-3 people quit the game or need a break.

The raid:
We want to ensure that our players can play their desired main class at most times.
It is useful tho, if every raid member has a second class equipped that he can play decently too.
This helps us compensate a sudden drop out for example without having to rely on random players.

What we expect:
- Activity in the game and on TS
- Integrating urself into the FC and making an effort to participate in everyday guild-life.
- A tiny bit of insanity
- The capacity to accept constructive criticism
- Knowing your class and understanding your class
- Personal responsibility of developing your character (gear, training) to push into the end content together. Of course people help each other to get the most out of their classes aswell. (Things like reaching the poetry cap each week if your gear is not finished yet, getting the best weapon u can get, like 130 garlond or zeta….)
-Your age is not really important, as long as your mental age is not way below the average real-age in our FC.
- For the 1st raid:
-> No search. In case we have to search: Already cleared T9
- For our 2nd raid:
-> At least cleared T5(better was T9)

What we don't want:
- Players that don't want to use or can't use TS3
- players that refuse to learn
- Loners
- players that get frustrated easily when wiping
-players from different FC's
- players that are not active besides raiding
- players that tell us of their HUGE mmo raid experience but don't know anything about their skills, cross-skills, their class, stats… lying about skill and experience will not pay off and will most certainly be uncovered in the first raid. Just don't do that.

conclusion:
We hope that based on reading this text, you can tell now, if this might be the right thing for you or not. If not we wish you all the luck in finding the FC that fits you.

Sooo.. The proof of the pudding is the eating? What can happen, the worst you can lose is time if we give each other a try.

We do not have a huge amount of time for people that are not into a progress oriented playstyle. We had some players that were not really into that and they didn't stay long. So if someone is leveling twinks all the time, or skills every crafting class while his raid class needs improvement… that's not for us.
