Swimming and underwater content?

I know that this goes against some of my other views on having this game be more real. That being said, I want to be able to swim. I don't know how I feel about fighting while swimming underwater though, have to think about that one.

That's my issue.

I have no problem with adding a swim feature. It's the underwater combat I don't think I want. I have never found a game that did it well. Although I didn't mind how DDO handled the underwater combat physics... you start out moving slow and as you build momentum you can move faster.
