Game marriage and server switching question

I am considering switching servers to a more active server where party finder doesn't get like 4 interesting runs during a 2 hour period every day. My game husband would come with me too but we won't switch servers if we'll have to get married again.

That's my question, will we lose our game marriage status and have to get remarried if we switch servers together?

My husband and I switched servers a few weeks ago, and our wedding ring teleports still work, so I assume that means the game still sees us as 'married'. Names are also on the rings, even though I changed my character's name (it updated to the new name).

I believe this was addressed sometime. You should still be bonded even when switching. Until both are on the same server though the rings won't work. Not sure about the exact topic but it was somewhere on the forums.

True. The rings and everything works. Of course if u both are not in the same server u can't be teleport to ur spouse location.
