Still a rip off imo. Small house is what, 5-6 mil on Legacy server? And you're charging 35 mil, could get a medium for that price >_>
Still doesn't change my point, if someone buys that from you they are either desperate or a gil buyer.

Personally I don't see why anyone would pay that much when you know eventually they are going to add more. Not like this is all we get.
But more power to you if someone pays that much for it, which I'm sure someone will cause as you stated your server is obviously in need of more wards, as is other populated servers.

Oddly enough there is still a few plots available on Sargatanas. No small houses, but a few mediums and maybe a large or two.
