Any chance we could convert our relics and artifact sets into housing items?

This was an old feature in Everquest 2 that allowed players to convert their heritage equipment (essentially exceptionally rare, unique equipment) into housing items to either mount on walls or display around the house.

I think it would be a great feature to have here in FFXIV as it would allow us some measure of a trophy to show off unique pieces of equipment we've managed to collect.

Of course ideally I would prefer we just got mannequins to display whatever we wanted but SE has been silent on that subject for a long time and this would be a nice alternative I think.

Actually, that is a great idea. I'd love to be able to hang up my relic/allagan/dreadwyrm gear.

One of the absolute best FFXI items in the game were the mannequins. While we don't really need the storage space in this game due to the large size of retainer inventories, being able to display sets of gear in our house as trophies would be welcome by everyone. Players love to show off their loot/trophies.

i think wall mounted relic/zodiac weapons is a fantastic idea. Let the said item be a requirement to begin the synth but not actually be consumed of course.
