So.. whats going to happen to the Zeta relics for new people?

Seeing how the new relic is supposed to be much easier compared to the one we have now. What reason will new people have to do it? Why would they pick the harder path over the easier one? And seeing how long it takes to complete a stage of the relic, by the time they get their zeta, they couldve (possibly) obtained the new one or at least ran a trial or something to get a superior weapon.

They will be making the current one super easy for glamour purposes. If new players are coming in they might as well do the new one and do the old for glamour.

They said in 3.0 the Zodiac quest line will be made easy so people can get these weapons for glamor. The new relic quest line will start in 3.1

I'm doing my relic at the moment (first one!, c'mon Alexandrite!)

I was initially sad to hear they were replacing the current one, but am now more excited that I may get my current before HW. For me it's now wanting to have a great weapon and the feeling of accomplishment. Plus, I can join in the conversations in the future around 'you don't know how good you have it..' when people are completing the new relic quest lol

i've read on the forums that the current will still be a viable option for a bit anyway. I guess for those that are new when HW comes out, depending on how easy they make the current relic quest will determine if anyone completes it or not. Will be interesting to be part of a relic in 3.1 from the start too.
