    Medica 2 is your friend

    I medica 2, stoneskin the OT just as giga is gonna hit and regen both tanks after he grabs aggro. I never have aggro issues with this approach

    DPS will take damage from orbs so just keep an eye out for melees who take 2 stacks etc

    Keep an eye on the stack, if they stack where the tower spawns keep them up.


    Generally in this fight HOTs are your friend
