With Heavensward coming out soon many Free Companies and Linkshells need to recruit new members to participate in the the new content.

The problem with the forum now is most recruitment posts are done on the server forums. However the game supports server transfers and many new perspective members for the Free Company do transfer from other servers.

It would be nice to have a general FS/LS recruitment forum where people can post they are looking for a FC or LS, or FC and LS leaders can post they are looking for members and what they are looking for.

As the forums are set up now people have to post in every server forum if they want to attract cross server members to their FC. So it would be much simpler if there was 1 recruitment forum for general cross server recruitment.
