What is wrong with Ramuh EX farm parties??

So this entire week I have been trying to get Kirin and have successfully obtained all of the ponies except Ramuh's.

I had some really good and some really bad farm parties, Ifrit, Titan and Shiva EX was done almost immediately. Garuda I got a bad party that was trying to burn her down but with awful DPS. Upon this point I tried duty finder and managed to get Garuda and Leviathan's through duty finder!

Then Ramuh.. I have joined maybe 5 different farm parties over the week and 4/5 have FAILED to even beat him once the other remaining party was successful for a short time and I didn't win the pony. I join Ramuh EX in Duty finder and get a party with atleast 4 people without clear (when we eventually win, 4-6 people get the achievement) These people who haven't even beat REX before manage to stick together to get the win, I've had parties that have beaten him after 1 wipe on duty finder where a "qualified" farm party can't even clear him after the 3rd attempt and disbands.

Can anyone explain to me what is going wrong when these "farm" parties just seem to fall apart at the rolling thunder stage?? Is this something to do with a lot of people who beat Ramuh using SMN's titan as a tank and never fully learned the fight, and now returning to farm the pony expecting an easy ride?

Whenever I did Ramuh back when it was new it was always normal for healers to ALWAYS break the tethers for rolling thunder simply because surge protection meant they wouldn't get targeted again until it wore off and that they wouldn't get tethered to the other healer, now in all these parties the healer NEVER moves to collect orbs and always expects the other to collect it. Tanks don't seem to ever want to overcharge, even though it is not necessary, it can alleviate an issue with people picking up too many orbs and leaving the tanks dry during rolling thunder to make it easier to break the chains and continue. These are the only less obvious observations I have come across but it seems these parties are far less disciplined when compared to a party trying to get the clear.

The big thing is that of all the primals Ramuh requires the most group coordination. Most "farm" parties don't use any sort of voice chat and tend to not be as organized as they need to be unfortunately. From my experience working on this pony I see a lot of groups having issues with who is doing what even with the numbers and people saying what the priorities are for them.

People tunnel vision and fail at paying attention to what is going on around them. That's literally it. DPS don't pick up orbs when they're supposed to, healers and ranged don't leave space for the baiter to get back on land during Thunderstorm, people don't realize that EVERYONE needs to be watching during Chaos Strike, not just 1 and 2 (I once had to free the tank because they got charmed and no one else noticed), the tank doesn't rotate Ramuh during adds so that melee don't get hit by Shock Strike... all of these are things that require awareness of the fight as a whole and not just tanking/healing/DPSing.

Sadly, a lot of people have a severe lack of raid awareness.

People claiming they have it on farm when they clearly don't, and a lack of situational awareness. You don't need voice chat for this fight, although it obviously helps. You just need tanks with macros and situational awareness. Something this game doesn't force people to develop with face roll content.

It's one of the few fights that require a brain. Most of the players on this game can't handle that type of thing

Ramuh EX requires the most co-ordination of all of them from what I've seen, and even two people tunnel visioning things can lead to things going awry. Not neccesarily a wipe type of awry but still making things much more difficult. I'd be one of those people with that problem but I'm not trying to farm Ramuh right now.
