SOLDIER LF Experienced Players For 3.0+ Progression/Raid.

Hello Adventurers,

SOLDIER <SOLDR> is looking to form a solid, hard-core, raiding group for Heavensward and beyond. We are looking for individuals who are:

• Able to dedicate 4-5 days of the week for a minimum of 5 hours per day to raid.
• Experienced and capable of performing top tier in his/her class.
• Capable of keeping a calm, cool, and collected head in a very aggressive and fast paced environment.
• Able to adapt to unknown situations.
• Willing to accept one's own mistakes.
• Willing to strive for the betterment of one's self and the group.

Should any self improvement be necessary, it should be done outside of raid hours. We are looking for dedicated and loyal individuals who want to strive to be their very best! But do not confuse this philosophy with elitism, as any misconduct within and aimed towards others from our members will not be tolerated. Individuals must be open minded and understand the SOLDIER way is to embrace your dreams, and protect your honor as SOLDIER! We are looking for individuals who not only wish to raid together, but want to form a bond as a successful group of friends to overcome the unknown challenges heavensward has to offer.

A few things to add:

• Our raid schedule and times are up in the air, however, we are ideally trying to raid about Monday - Thursday (possibly Friday) 6pm - 12am EST
• While we are looking for individuals who have cleared all of FCOB, we are open to promising potential. Individuals who have yet to clear all of FCOB will still be considered for evaluation, however they must have at least cleared 1-2 turns. (We will evaluate the player's skill based on their performance in FCOB, so having access to it is mandatory).
• Should an individual need more practice/training/improvement with skill, we are more than open to guide them, hold their position, and reevaluate later on.

We are still looking for a Paladin and a Ninja/Dragoon! Also note, there is no FC commitment required to join our raid group. It is encouraged, but we want players to choose to play how they want to play. The goal of this group is to have fun while chasing our ambitions!
