A former member our FC had his retainer placed outside the FC house when still was a member. This player has not only left the FC but also transferred to another server.
Exactly why is his retainer still outside the FC house?

I think it's because it's actually the retainer's skin on an NPC that was placed on the lawn. It's still there because nobody with housing permissions didn't remove the NPC
