    Postal code not accepted

(If this is the wrong place for this, feel free to move it)

I've been playing the trial for the last two weeks, and have decided to buy the game. However, when I enter the additional information (which I'm assuming is used for billing), all of the information is accepted, except for the post code; it says its invalid. My post code is correct, as services like Steam accept it.

Is there something I'm doing wrong? Help would be much appreciated.

Are you using the base 5 digits or trying to enter the Zip + 4 (provided you are in the US). Some apps aren't set up for the extra digits.

Another odd thing I've seen is where you would need to use the "master" zip code of sorts. Like my town actually has multiple codes depending on what section of town you live in (we used to have a handful of small rural post offices before they consolidated down into one big one). 29506 is still accepted in the postal system, but may not be recognized by third parties so you sometimes have to use the 29501 code that was originally assigned to the main post office.

I'm in the UK, so our post codes differ greatly from US ones. Our format is 3-4 characters, space, then 3 more characters; an example is SO4 7DE (not my post code).

Ahh.. are you sure you are trying to purchase from the proper regional site? They have three set up... the abbreviations in the site addresses are na, eu , and jp. Make sure you are at the proper root address for the site you are using. (http://na.square-enix.com/us/home versus http://eu.square-enix.com/en/)

It also may not be set up for the LDU codes if you guys have them over there (Canada's equivalent to the Zip+4 codes in the US--narrows down to the particular neighborhood or something like that).

I'm trying to purchase through MogStation, it seems. The FFXIV client has links to EU sites, while Account sends me to a secure site. Could this be the problem?

Edit: I've figured out what the problem is. For some reason, MogStation didn't like the space in the post code, which wasn't clear in the form. Have there been any other UK dwellers who have had this problem too?
