Anyone else not received Veteran Reward?

So, at 630 days we're supposed to get a Fat Chocobo Head, and a wind-up Nanamo.

For me, that was yesterday, and I didn't receive anything. Thought it was a slight mishap, so I logged in today (day 631) but nothing in the Mmail. Anyone else not received theirs?

Not sure what could be wrong.
They're delivered based on number of days subscribed for. So right after you make a payment, if you're eligible for another set of rewards, they should already be in the mail next time you log in.

Did you count your 1 month free playtime? Or have you added another platform to your account recently? (This happened to me. I was a few days off sub renewal and I added PS4 to my account, so it got pushed back a month)

If it lists on your account your mail box could be full... this has happened to me before... check the make sure you have less than 30 campaign mails.. delete some and then you can use the receive button :3

On the character selection screen it tells you how many more days to the next veteran reward. I am scheduled to receive mine in June .

More like it displays how many days you've been subscribed for and how long your current paid period is. That's the problem with the way it's configured, it doesn't actually tell you anything meaningful because the current subscription days aren't dynamic (number doesn't count down as your time is running out and you're getting closer to payment day) and it doesn't even show any reference date. Should have been fixed long ago, if you ask me. :/

Also to OP - check your mailbox. It might be full, in which case you can't receive any more mails until you delete some older ones.

631 days subscribed is 601 days veteran-rewards-wise. The first 30 days don't count because they were free.

And as such, are not counted towards "total days subscribed" either. I've 630 days showing on the character selection screen and I received the Nanamo minion and the fat chocobo hat the same day it turned 630.

Same here, except I have not got it. Weird... I'll try removing some messages.

So, upon closer inspection, I got the things... 100 days ago. <.< I have NO IDEA what the heck happened, but I have them, and I do not know why I got them 100 days ago. Maybe my brain has been fried or something.

Awhile back I sometimes had an error happen where if I made a new character I wouldn't get any of the rewards on it, even the account-wide optional purchase ones. That seems to have hopefully been fixed though.

I would say wait a few weeks or so and if it doesn't come then talk to customer support and see if they can do anything.
