    Victimize Explain please?

    Hello all well i would like to ask how does this skill "work" i mean i read the skill descripcin

    "Exploit an enemy's weaknesses, dealing piercing damage and increasing your attack power for each enfeebling effect on the target. Consumes 3000 TP"

    But by "Enfeebling" they mean which skill ? Concussive blow 2 ? which other skill work with that "enfeebling" effect? Lancer speed and life surge ?.

    most THM skill are enfeebling, skills that lower tp gain, defense magic defense atk down, mtak down, acc down,, ect ect ect...
