Time Issues with Eternal Bond

My partner and I tried to arrange times for our Eternal Bond Ceremony. He lives in the Central Time Zone, and I live in Eastern, so he is one hour behind me. He selected the 8pm 5/17 time slot, and I selected the appropriately aligned 9pm time slot, as this text indicated:

At this time, the slot for 5/17/2015 - 9:00 p.m. (Sunday) may be reserved by those on all plans.
If you wish to reschedule your ceremony, you must wait until the following Friday (Earth time) to do so. In this case, however, please be warned that registration will open only from 7:00 a.m. on that day regardless of your service plan. This restriction will be lifted after two weeks have elapsed.
Your ceremony plan matches your partner's. If you are both satisfied with this plan, you may proceed to the Ivory Chapel and carry out your Ceremony of Eternal Bonding.

His blank invitation reflects the 8pm CT time, while mine indicated an 11pm ET time. This is clearly an error as 11pm ET is NOT 8pm CT. I have no idea what's wrong, what to do, and if this means I will have to wait a week to reschedule an Eternal Bond that went amiss due to some in-game error?

If your partner is a pc user and has their timezone set incorrectly this would line up. The time registration takes the first entry then confirms it, it does not compair the 2. Sounds like they selected the time first, and it is common for US purchased pcs to be set to pst by default. Your partner would be oblivious to the issue as the game does not read your local pc time directly but infers it from your set timezone. I would have them change their ingame clock to "local time" and make sure it is their real time.
