    Heavensward PC Download Pre-Order Error

    So when I go to pre-order the standard edition of Heavensward for Windows I keep getting an error when I hit checkout.

    "An internal system error has occurred. The customer support has already been informed about this situation and will get in touch with you if necessary. (Error ID: 5001)"

    I have waited and tried again after a few hours but still no luck. Others in my FC have been able to order today fine. I tried the collectors edition just to see if I still got the error, and I did.

    Any advice would be welcomed as I'd really like to get this on pre-order.

    Try another browser, maybe some security setting are blocking stuff.
