Thread: Any idea what is in patch 2.57?

Steps of Faith should not even be an Instance/Trial.

It should have harkened back to early ARR and simply been a series of openworld high level FATEs.

Add in rewards, allied seals or tomes as well as GC seals as the reward, and you would have encouraged the senior players to keep coming back to help sorta like Behemoth.

What better way to lead into Ishguard than a FATE train of happy cooperative players.

At the moment, Steps of Faith is the Promyvion or COP 2.5 Mammet fight of FF14

(And I cleared it on first DF run so I am not being angry)

But back on topic, 2.57 will most likely be:

1. Improved Echo for Chrysalis and SOF
2. More nerfs to Relic quests.. please

Step of Faith isn't really hard, once our party can finish it before Vishra destroy the last barrier. But the annoying part is when people do Roulette Trial and instant rage quit because "oh fuck this trial will take long time to finish. better leave immediately."

Patch 2.57? Perhaps only the Step of Faith nerf requested by "people" who want finish it quickly

Not really. It you put a drop in there, people will just create farm parties in PF and say experienced players only,no noobs, 1 fail = kick.

Put Star Ocean 2 on "Universe" Difficulty then remove the final bosses limiter

Well Im pretty sure the new patch can nerf anything but the RMT flood :C
