Most of these scenarios are easily explained as Ceve has already shown you. I really think you need to face the reality that in many of these cases where you accuse people of hacking are more just cases of you being outplayed.

I see people warp back and forth between being off platform and on platform on a few occasions. I've also seen people on the platform seemingly fine suddenly be dead at the bottom of the heliodrome in an instant. Our PCs/consoles sometimes cannot catch up to what's happening in real time which more than likely gives rise to the many instances of warping or "teleporting" around.
