Will we get a higher Grand Company ranks in Heavensward

I've been maxed on on my rank for my grand company since the release of the a realm reborn, but since there is a NPC with the vice flame marshal title, I'm wondering when will we be able to get our ranks higher.

I really want to RP as a marshal :x

Maybe not until we resolved the issue with what happened to the 2.55 story first?

I kinda expected them to come with new ranks for a long time already but, as the story has shown, there is a high probability that we might not get ranks in Heavensward, who knows.
