It's called multiboxing and it's usually (meaning nearly every MMO I've ever played, which is a considerable number) not considered against tos. It's not the same as botting and it's certainly not hacking. It's just one person playing multiple accounts at once that they're paying good money for. Theres no exploitation here. Granted they do have 5i use 3rd party software, usually but they are also actively playing. Botting is generally when you are leting the program play for you.
