I had one that I used to dual-box on FlyFF to make my Seraph heal my Templar at 1 second intervals.

Basically, the third-party program just simulates keyboard input to the other window.

that sig is pretty awesome lol would like one with a au ra drg female after finishing the lb at the end or just the generic drg from the trailer could work to whichever is easier
