Why exploit and record when their How to tells you to not leave default settings, but teaches you step by step.

I'll agree with you, what it sounds like is something hooked into the game to read/react to text, or memory hacking. Exactly the same as how bots play. Record it, report it. Show a screen shot and censor out the names if you want to get other peoples awareness.
