So I stopped playing this game and came back just a few days ago. I used to run a P9 foul weather chocobo with 460 max speed and 500 stamina and would end up 1st in R300 around 90% of the times. I started breeding again and got a 500 max speed 500 stamina chocobo, but it was fair. However, in the 2.55 patch notes, SE supposedly fixed the blatant unbalance between fair chocobos and foul chocobos (foul ones being ridiculously superior).

Well, I feel brutally cheated because I'm sitting at the moment with 500 max speed and 500 stamina and I'm still getting TRASHED in R300 when it starts raining (my chocobo is fair). Star Breaker literally leaves me 100m behind the first 20 seconds when it rains...and I'm at 500 Max Speed and Head Start. Can somebody explain me what the hell is going on. Did they actually fix anything? Do both fair and foul weather keep not HAVING any impact on foul chocobos? Can somebody with a foul chocobo confirm this?
