Yes on open world. Totally agree. But not in the cities though.

People are afraid of PvP even when this kind of PvP can't hurt anyone. It's selfish.
I don't PvP much but a system like that can be useful for training and improving a job/skill. And for fun, of course.

But it seems that there are not many players who know what is fun with PvP, especially when this remains optional and isn't necessary at all.

As I said before: it's all about fear and selfishness to refuse this kind of PvP system.
The E-pen argument is not really viable since we can see this on PvE. (simple example : hello tanks who fight for keep hate with dps or other tanks)
In fact, I don't see any viable "against arguments" around here. But well, matter of taste and opinion anyway.
