    My list for a great player would be:

    Awareness - Able to observe patterns
    Memorization - Able to understand said patterns and memorize them
    Reaction - Able to react on command to patterns and internal gut reactions (i.e you're lagging as tank so you use a defensive cd in case you get hit for big damage) to compensate for themselves or others
    Patience - Able to stay calm and collected
    Understanding - Able to think logically and not let emotions get the better of you
    Compatibility - Able to work with others and vice versa
    Attitude - Able to maintain a high morale among those you play with, be it with jokes or constructive criticism
