Item/Equip missing from inventory

I recently transferred servers to Sargatanas and one of my Equip (Dreadwyrm Cane) went missing in my inventory. I checked retainer and double checked inventory but could not find it so I believe I lost it due to the world transfer. The date and time I assumed it was lost was around April 27th - May 4th around 5-6P.M. I have met with a GMSaldalrt (May 7th 10:20P.M Est) and told me to inform a report being unable to verify discard and that it just disappeared from your inventory.
