Showcasing your House

I wish there was a board where people could list their house to showcase. As long as you had an aetheryte crystal, people could select your house from the board and teleport to it.

Personally, I think it would encourage people to spend more time at their houses, and make some housing areas feel more alive.

I really like your idea! I love looking at houses. Sadly, I have found that an open house and a friendly placard message doesn't mean homeowners are open to receiving guests. It kind of scared me off from wanting to visit people, which is the opposite of what a bustling, interactive ward should be. If homeowners choose to list their house on the showcase board, then they are actively choosing to have people visit. I am definitely for creating a tight community or making friends with those who are receptive to it, and I think your idea would be a step in the right direction.

I had no clue people ran into problems like that. Too bad you're not on my server I'd welcome you to my home anytime. Yesterday I had five lalafells visit my house! We chatted for quite awhile. I was interested to hear one of them had a house in my ward and I plan to visit her house sometime.

If only this could be a daily occurrence. I hope the devs consider the idea.
