If you have to keep the WAR because they have no other jobs, still have the PLD pick up the ghost and Nael. I'm assuming your WAR is likely putting Defiance up and tanking the add (or worse in Defiance the whole fight). If either is the case, your WAR should never put Defiance up in this fight unless the PLD goes down and they have to pick up the boss.
