T9 and LB3

As other people have said, you only really need one or two DPS on the add to get it down. The others should stay on Nael and just keep DPsing her.

Also, since you have 3 DRGs, they will all have their full openers up once Nael drops back down after Megaflare. Make sure to take advantage of that-- I can get all the way through my opener to the second Heavy Thrust by the time the add shows up. This entire fight is very friendly to DRG rotations, so when they get comfortable with the mechanics, they should be able to do some very solid DPS.

A lot of it is honestly just getting comfortable with the fight. Your DPS in general will naturally go up as you get the mechanics down.
