Fantasia Timing on HW release/EA

So -when- exactly do we get the fantasia? Do we get it at launch, or do we get it on early access? Or am I a moron and I have it right now? I'm not actually sure, but I figure I blow through them so fast if I don't get one from CE for the early access period and have to wait till launch day due to the fact that they do say you get your extras on launch day, then I may as well grab another one now.

But not on early access? That's the whole question. Release is 4 days after EA, and it states you receive extras on release. So does this mean no one will receive the fantasia so they can Au'Ra it up on EA unless they already had one?

Early Access is not release, therefore you will not get anything during early access.

Yup. On the 23rd (actual release). When ARR launch, the pre-order and collector's bonuses didn't get delivered until the actual release day. It should be arriving via mog-mail at about 12pm pst.
